Hey there 👋 — Thanks for using 3Dify: Image to 3D Model ("3Dify", "the App", "we", or "us")! I'm an indie developer based in Indonesia building this tool to help people co-create with AI. These terms explain the rules for using the app. By downloading or using 3Dify, you're agreeing to these terms.

If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

1. What 3Dify Is

3Dify is a 3D model generator that lets you turn images into 3D models. It’s designed for creatives, designers, and indie builders who want a fast and flexible visual tool with AI help.

2. Who Can Use 3Dify

You can use 3Dify if:

  • You're 13 years or older (or the minimum age in your country)
  • You agree to follow these Terms
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

3Dify may offer premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. These are managed through RevenueCat, and processed securely through the App Store or Google Play.

We don’t handle any payment info directly. All purchases are final, except where required by law.

If you cancel a subscription, you’ll still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

4. What You Can’t Do

Please don’t:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the app
  • Use the app to generate or distribute harmful, hateful, or illegal content
  • Sell or resell access to 3Dify or its content
  • Use the app in a way that abuses our servers, harms other users, or breaks the law

5. Your Content

If you generate or upload content using 3Dify, you own that content. We don’t claim ownership. Just make sure you have the rights to use any material you input or generate with the app.

We might collect anonymous usage data to improve the app (like which features people use most), but we don’t use your artwork or content for training AI or sharing publicly.

6. No Guarantees

3Dify is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. I do my best to keep it running smoothly, but I can't guarantee that it’ll always be bug-free or available 24/7.

Use it at your own risk.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I (the developer) am not liable for any damages or losses that may occur from using 3Dify — whether that’s lost data, app crashes, or anything else.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app anytime. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

I might update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the app or the law. If I do, I’ll post the new version here and update the "Effective Date" above.
